Level: Data Management Engineer II
As a Data Management Engineer II, you will contribute to the design and delivery of cloud-based data management solutions that support client transformation priorities.
Work you'll do
As a Data Management Engineer II on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:
- Design and implement data management solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), with a focus on Customer Data Quality (CDQ), Customer Data Integration (CDI), and Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
- Develop and support data quality processes including data profiling, cleansing, parsing, standardization, verification, matching, and duplicate record merge activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, translate functional needs into technical solutions, and support delivery across the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, effort estimation, peer reviews, testing, defect resolution, and release support.
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, knowledge sharing, and documentation to improve delivery quality and team effectiveness.

The team helps clients strengthen their data, analytics, and artificial intelligence capabilities so they can scale more effectively and make better-informed business decisions.
Professionals in this practice support clients in modernizing data platforms, improving data governance, integrating structured and unstructured data, and applying cloud and AI-enabled technologies to generate insights. The team also helps drive operational efficiency through automation, managed services, and continuous enhancement of data ecosystems and application platforms.
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience designing and implementing data management solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Customer Data Quality (CDQ)
- Experience with IDMC Customer Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and CDQ
- Experience developing data quality processes including profiling, cleansing, parsing, standardization, verification, matching, and duplicate record merge activities
- Experience configuring Informatica Cloud features including secure agent setup, task automation, task flow deployment, data quality rules, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting
- Experience with extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes, Informatica Cloud Data Integration, structured query language (SQL), and enterprise code management tools such as GitHub
- Experience reviewing architecture and design documentation including high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD), and applying data governance concepts to data quality management
- Experience with address validation or address cleansing tools such as Address Doctor or Trillium
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud platforms and data services including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience participating in unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing
- Experience automating data quality tasks to improve process efficiency
- Knowledge of data quality tools and market trends
- Experience participating in client meetings and onsite-offshore delivery models
Education:
Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
