Job Description (In-House | Paid):
We are looking to hire Interns to support our team with website optimisation, automation, and
structured data management. Due to the sensitive nature of the data and systems involved, this
role requires candidates to work from our office premises.
Key Responsibilities:
Website & Digital Work
- Fixing, improving, and polishing front-end website elements.
- Working on WordPress websites (content updates, page structure, basic troubleshooting).
- Assisting with SEO optimisation (on-page SEO, structure, metadata, internal linking).
- Supporting website data optimisation for performance and search visibility.
- Ensuring clear documentation of website changes, SEO updates, and data structures.
Excel Automation & Data Management
- Developing and maintaining Excel Macros / VBA scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
- Managing and structuring Excel-based data systems.
- Improving existing Excel workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
- Documenting automation logic and data processes clearly.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of WordPress.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and website structure.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and data optimisation best practices.
- Mandatory experience with Excel Macros and VBA automation.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to defined processes.
- Willingness to work in-house due to data confidentiality.
Who Should Apply:
Candidates with experience in WordPress, SEO, and Excel automation. Selection will be through an interview and practical assessment.
Internship Details:
Location: In-house (office-based).
Type: Paid Internship (Stipend-based).
Duration: 1 month to start with, extendable based on workload and performance.
Start Date: As soon as the candidate is selected.
