We are looking for a highly skilled Data Integration Engineer with hands-on experience in Informatica ETL development and Collibra data governance. This role will drive end-to-end data integration and governance initiatives across enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flows, high data quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, governance knowledge, and leadership capabilities to support both data engineering and data governance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Cloud.
- Drive end-to-end data integration strategies across on-premise and cloud-based systems. Implement and manage Collibra workflows for data cataloging, metadata management, lineage, and stewardship.
- Define and enforce data integration and governance standards, best practices, and frameworks.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems using established data quality frameworks and tools.
- Develop and maintain data models, source-to-target mappings, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with data architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) through governance and lineage capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with offshore teams to drive successful delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or data engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, or similar ETL tools.
- Strong hands-on experience with Collibra (data catalog, lineage, governance workflows) (must-have).
- Solid experience with data quality frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling (logical and physical).
- Good understanding of data governance principles and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Proven ability to lead discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes or containerized environments.
- Experience with Qlik / Qlik Replicate or similar data integration/BI tools.
- Collibra certifications or formal training.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, data lineage tools, or data fabric architecture.

- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
