Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Entry Specialist based in Hyderabad, offering flexibility for some work-from-home days. Responsibilities include entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various systems, performing data verification to ensure consistency, and preparing and organizing documentation for operations. Additionally, the role involves communicating with relevant stakeholders, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring adherence to company processes and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficient Typing and Computer Literacy, including familiarity with data-entry software and basic office applications.
- Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks, including organizing documents, scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus.
