About the role
Our client is a US-based company seeking a detail oriented Data Entry Specialist to join their Account Team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting and implementing data from our partners, to maintain the integrity of our customer database.
This position is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
What You’ll Do
- Accurately input data into our monitoring software database and related systems
- Perform validation to ensure data accuracy processing standards are achieved
- Manage and execute a high traffic daily ticket queue within service level objectives
- Develop proficiency in data entry and data integrity standard operating procedures
- Identify improvements to training materials, documentation, and procedures
- Collaborate directly with US-based client-facing Data Entry Team
What Success Looks Likes
- Accurate and timely completion request tickets within expected service levels
- Ability to independently manage ticket queue after initial ramp-up
- Consistently produce high data quality with minimal rework
- Clear communication with cross-functional client-facing teams
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a data entry or similar operational support role
- Previous experience working within a request ticket-based queue environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus is critical for success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams
- Aptitude for quickly learning and adapting to new procedures
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working US Eastern Time hours in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Desire to seek continuous training and personal development opportunities
