Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in the SAP system.
- Create and maintain master data records in SAP.
- Process purchase orders, goods receipts, stock transfers, and other SAP transactions as required.
- Verify and validate data before entry to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and clarification.
- Generate basic reports from SAP as and when required.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and stock records in the system.
- Identify discrepancies in data and report them to the concerned department.
- Ensure timely completion of daily SAP entries and updates.
- Have to visit factory sites for training purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or related field preferred).
- Basic knowledge of SAP ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
