Role: Data Entry Specialist
Focus: Question bank management for an EdTech product
This is the kind of role where detail matters. A misplaced comma, an inconsistent tag, a poorly worded question — these things compound at scale. We need someone who genuinely cares about getting it right.
What the work looks like:
→ Typing, uploading, and formatting questions across subjects
→ Using ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to draft and refine content faster
→ Tagging by topic, difficulty, and metadata
→ Catching grammar and punctuation issues before they ship
→ Keeping the bank organized, searchable, and clean
What you bring:
→ Rock-solid grammar and punctuation — non-negotiable
→ Real fluency with AI tools; you've moved past "write me an essay" prompts and understand how to structure good ones
→ Familiarity with competitive exam content — JEE, NEET, CUET, CAT, banking, SSC etc. — and comfort across Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Quantitative Aptitude, and similar subjects
→ Patience for repetitive work without dropping quality
→ Fast typing, sharp eye, organized brain
→ Comfort with Google Workspace and basic content tools
Nice to have:
→ EdTech, publishing, or test prep background
→ LaTeX / math formatting comfort
→ Any exposure to learning design
Location: Hyderabad (on-site)
Salary: ₹15,000–25,000/month
