About The Role
We are looking for a detail-driven ERP Data Entry & Integrity Specialist to manage, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of data within our Oracle NetSuite system. This role is essential in supporting our operational efficiency by ensuring that our ERP data is accurate, consistent, and reliable. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite, and possess a keen eye for detail. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about data integrity and process improvement, working primarily during US CST hours to align with our global operations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and supply chain, to support seamless data flow and operational accuracy.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of one year of hands-on experience working with ERP systems is required. Candidates should have a strong understanding of ERP workflows, data lifecycle management, and the importance of data accuracy. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate must be flexible to work overlapping US CST hours to support global operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Oracle NetSuite, ensuring all data entries are correct and timely.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across various ERP modules by regularly monitoring and validating data inputs.
- Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies, collaborating with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing accurate data and assisting with ERP-related workflows, including order processing, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Perform regular data audits and validation checks to maintain high standards of data quality and compliance.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of ERP data processes, including documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guidelines.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and user training initiatives to enhance ERP system utilization and data accuracy.
