Company Description Bow Bow – “The Animal Hub” is a professional pet grooming salon in Ghaziabad with over five years of experience, trained groomers, and certified staff. The business specializes in designing and manufacturing apparel and accessories for dogs and cats, including shirts, traditional outfits, dresses, bow ties, bandanas, tuxedos, beds, and other festive items. In addition to grooming and apparel, Bow Bow operates a pet shop that supplies products across India. Role Description The Data Entry Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This position is responsible for accurately entering and updating customer information, product details, inventory records, and sales data into company systems. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining organized digital and physical records, checking data for errors or inconsistencies, and correcting or reporting issues. The role also supports front-desk and shop operations by preparing basic reports, assisting with documentation for orders and supplies, and coordinating with team members to ensure information is current and reliable.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Typing and Computer Literacy skills for efficient and accurate data entry.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with team members and customers when needed.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills to manage records, organize files, and support daily operational tasks.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow data entry procedures consistently.
- Comfort working in a pet-focused environment and willingness to handle pet-related information and products.
- Prior experience in data entry, retail, or office administration is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheet or database software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
