Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Entry Operator role based in Bhopal. The Data Entry Operator will accurately enter, update, and maintain patient, diagnostic, and operational data in company systems and databases. Daily tasks include verifying data from source documents, checking records for completeness and correctness, and correcting any discrepancies. The role involves organizing digital and paper records, generating basic reports, and coordinating with lab and administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate data flow. The Data Entry Operator will follow data security protocols, comply with company policies and healthcare regulations, and meet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy, attention to detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and database tools.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfort working with digital records.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with lab, operations, and administrative teams.
- Good organizational and time management abilities, including managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to follow data confidentiality and security practices, especially in a healthcare and diagnostics environment.
- Minimum high school diploma; a certificate or degree in computer applications, office administration, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in data entry, healthcare administration, or diagnostic lab operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort working in an on-site setting in Bhopal and readiness to work full-time office hours.
