Data Entry OperatorNational Power Engineering Companyfull-timeRequired skillsaccountingcompliancecross-functionalERPAbout the role National Power Engineering Company Website: npec.in Job details: Key ResponsibilitiesEnter all purchase bills, invoices, vouchers, and expense details accurately in Tally.Maintain and update daily Excel sheets, MIS reports, and data records.Prepare work orders for contractors as per company requirements.Verify and organize bills, documents, and supporting records.Generate reports from Tally and Excel whenever required.Maintain proper filing and documentation of all records.Coordinate with accounts, store, and site departments for data collection.Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of entries and reports.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, M.Com or equivalent). Candidates with a relevant diploma or professional accounting qualification will also be considered.Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts data entry, or accounts payable/receivable. Prior exposure to corporate accounts or construction/site accounting is preferred.Certifications: Tally certification or a diploma/certificate in accounting/bookkeeping is a plus. GST certification or training is advantageous.Preferred Qualifications: Experience handling contractor work orders and contractor billing, familiarity with GST invoicing and compliance, and knowledge of internal control and documentation practices.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime; strong MS Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); comfortable with basic accounting software and digital filing systems.Professional Skills: Strong attention to detail, good typing speed, ability to maintain confidentiality, effective communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams, and aptitude for timely and accurate reporting.Skills: msoffice,tally,excel Click on Apply to know more.
