Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Operator, located in South Delhi. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in the company’s systems. Additional responsibilities include managing and organizing digital and physical records, providing administrative assistance, and supporting customer service processes. Consistent communication and collaboration with other team members will be essential to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Typing and strong Computer Literacy, including familiarity with data entry software and tools
- Experience providing Administrative Assistance and handling organizational tasks effectively
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Basic Customer Service skills to assist in addressing inquiries and issues
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
