Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Operator based in Chakan. The Data Entry Operator will handle the timely and accurate input of data into company systems, maintain information confidentiality, verify and cross-check data for accuracy, and manage documentation and records effectively. Additional responsibilities may include basic administrative tasks and collaboration with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in typing and attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and data management tools
- Basic administrative assistance skills such as organizing and maintaining records
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration and reporting
- Customer service skills to ensure smooth operations and address any inquiries
- Organizational ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
