Role Description
The Data Entry Operator will perform precise data input, maintain company databases, and ensure the accuracy of records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Inkollu. Daily tasks include entering and updating data, verifying information, supporting administrative operations, and handling customer inquiries as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Typing and high attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Computer Literacy, including familiarity with data management software and basic troubleshooting
- Administrative Assistance skills for maintaining organized records and supporting daily office tasks
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with internal teams and clients
- Ability to work in a structured, on-site environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry/administration are a plus
