*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support data processing, validation, reporting, and basic research activities. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good communication abilities, familiarity with ChatGPT usage, and the flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
*Key Responsibilities:*
✅Perform accurate data entry and data validation tasks
✅Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records
✅Conduct basic research to gather and verify information
✅Clean, organize, and validate datasets
✅Generate reports using MS Excel
✅Use tools like ChatGPT to assist in data handling, formatting, and productivity tasks
✅Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
✅Identify data discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
✅Follow data management processes and quality standards
*Required Skills:*
✅Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data handling)
✅Fluent communication skills (written & verbal)
✅Basic research and analytical skills
✅Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools and how to use them effectively
✅Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅Ability to work in rotational shifts
✅Immediate joiner preferred
*Eligibility:*
✅6 months to 1 year of experience in data entry or similar roles
✅Any graduate
