Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Data Entry Executive. The Data Entry Executive will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data within the company's systems. Key responsibilities include verifying data for accuracy, managing and organizing files, ensuring timely updates, and performing quality checks to identify and rectify errors. The role also requires regular reporting and coordination with relevant teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data entry software and tools, with strong typing skills and an emphasis on speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail, with the ability to verify and validate data for consistency and quality
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
- Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are a plus
