Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain employee payroll records, including bank account details, tax identifiers, and reimbursement data.
- Payroll Support: Assist the HR team in preparing monthly payroll sheets and ensuring all variable pay components are correctly logged.
- Banking Coordination: Validate Bank Account Numbers, IFSC codes, and Swift codes to prevent payment failures or reversals.
- Audit & Reconciliation: Conduct regular audits of data entries to identify and correct discrepancies between HRIS records and banking templates.
- Documentation: Maintain digital filing systems for payroll-related compliance documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Data Validation) is mandatory.
- Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of Banking Terms (e.g., NEFT/RTGS processes, statutory deductions, and account verification protocols).
- Experience: Prior experience in HR Operations or Payroll data entry is highly preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle high volumes of sensitive numerical data with zero error tolerance.
- Confidentiality: High level of integrity when handling sensitive employee compensation information.
