Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Entry Beginner role based in Noida. The role involves entering and updating data accurately into company systems, databases, and spreadsheets, following defined formats and guidelines. Responsibilities include verifying information for completeness and correctness, identifying and correcting basic data errors, and maintaining organized digital records. The Data Entry Beginner will support administrative and project teams by preparing simple reports, retrieving information as requested, and ensuring data is kept confidential and secure. The role also includes coordinating with colleagues to clarify data requirements and participating in basic process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Typing skills and basic Computer Literacy for efficient and accurate data entry.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to interact with team members and clarify data or task requirements.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Administrative Assistance skills to support internal stakeholders and handle routine office tasks.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling numerical and text-based information.
- Ability to follow instructions, work with repetitive tasks, and meet daily or weekly productivity targets.
- Basic knowledge of office software (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and email tools).
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or coursework in computer applications or office administration is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow into more advanced responsibilities over time.
