About the Job
The Candidate will be responsible for accurately entering important company data and keeping records up to date for a Law Firm.
Qualifications
- 10+2 Certificate or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: Advanced knowledge of Excel functions, including vlookup, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Accounting practices: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Computer fluency: Ability to efficiently use computer systems and software applications.
- Proficiency in English Language
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain company data in electronic formats.
- Transcribe source data (paperwork, reports, etc.) into digital spreadsheets.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, to manage and interpret financial data. This includes creating and maintaining spreadsheets, tallying, and using vlookup functions.
- Maintain data confidentiality.
Timings and Compensation
- Work hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday - Saturday)
- Compensation: ₹22,000 - ₹27,000 per month
