Systems Administrator – India
Job Location: Bangalore.
Job Type: Permanent.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Candidates should have experience with data management, internal systems, and administrative support roles. A background in handling sensitive information with discretion is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel and SharePoint, is required. The ability to learn and navigate complex systems and workflows efficiently is vital, along with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. A proactive attitude and a commitment to accuracy and compliance will ensure success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Support the team by managing various administrative tasks with precision and care, including reviewing, validating, and approving rate requests, updating case information, and monitoring budgets within internal systems.
- Act as a key point of contact for incoming rate requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to set guidelines. Process and approve rate updates in internal platforms, while tracking changes for reporting, audits, and compliance purposes.
- Assist with customer-related data projects by updating case information in systems such as Legal X and reviewing budget details based on client requirements.
- Provide general administrative support, including arranging meetings, preparing documents, organizing shared resources, and supporting internal communications, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and files to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various functions to ensure operational processes run smoothly and support additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.
- Contribute to a team environment that values accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement in daily operations.
