Association with India Shared Services (Active Bean Counter)
The India Shared Services Centre operates as part of Anderson Global, delivering centralized bookkeeping, accounting, and operational support to its global entities. Following the acquisition of Active Bean Counter in February 2025, the India SSC has strengthened the group’s shared services and finance support capabilities.
About The Role
The role is designed to support US-based entity compliance and filing processes, delivered through the India Shared Services Center. It involves data entry, document management, and client communication to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to relevant regulations. The position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking to develop their expertise in international corporate compliance, with a focus on US entity filings. The successful candidate will work closely with onshore teams and clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all processing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Prior experience in corporate compliance, bookkeeping, or accounting support roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of US corporate filing requirements and regulatory processes is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional email etiquette.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory frameworks applicable to US entities is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process US Secretary of State and other regulatory filings in coordination with onshore teams, ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely.
- Maintain organized records of all filings, correspondence, and related documentation to facilitate easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Perform high-quality data entry, verify information accuracy, and update records regularly.
- Communicate effectively with clients via email, providing requested documents and responding promptly to inquiries, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the Entity Processing team, including document management and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing entity filings, keeping abreast of any regulatory updates.
- Draft, review, and manage legal and corporate documents related to entity processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct regular audits of records and filings to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, suggesting and implementing best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
- Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing administrative workflows and supporting team performance improvements.
