This is a paid, full-time on-site Internship. This role will support our data engineering team in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with data pipelines, contributing to data models, performing basic data quality checks, and collaborating with engineers and analysts to ensure accurate and reliable data. This role also involves documenting processes, learning best practices in data management, and participating in team meetings to understand how data powers AI-driven supply chain visibility and orchestration. Interns who do excellent work often get a full-time offer with us before the six months are up.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Analytics and Data Analysis to interpret and work with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, troubleshoot data issues, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Management to organize, maintain, and ensure the integrity of data across systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling to help design and optimize data structures that support AI and reporting needs.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL or another query language, and familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or Scala).
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, curiosity to learn, and interest in AI, data engineering, and supply chain technology.
What we are looking for
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or anyone who has taught themselves and can show it.
- Python and SQL you have actually used on a dataset bigger than a CSV.
- Curiosity about how goods move around the world. You do not need logistics knowledge; you need to want it.
- You have built something with data, even a small thing, and can show us.
