Required Skillsets:
- Power Platform Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio (multi-agent)
- Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Experience in integrating AI and automation into Power BI workflows.
- Performance Optimization:
- Skills in optimizing Power BI reports for performance and efficiency.
- Knowledge of best practices for data loading and report design.
- Data Modeling / Transformation
- Understanding of data modeling concepts, including relationships, measures, and calculated columns.
- Experience with Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating complex calculations.
- Data Visualization Best Practices:
- Knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Ability to design user-friendly and insightful reports.
- Version Control and Deployment:
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing Power BI files.
- Understanding of deployment processes for Power BI reports and dashboards.
Good-to-Have Skillsets:
- Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- User Support: Ability to provide ongoing troubleshooting and support for deployed reports and apps.
