Role Description
The Data Engineer III role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, OH. The individual in this role will design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and solutions to support business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include data modeling, building ETL workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and process data, ensuring data quality, and optimizing database performance. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and SQL development
- Strong experience with ETL tools and workflows, including data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
- Excellent programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or Scala
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
