Required Skills And Qualifications

Expertise in Python: Strong proficiency in Python and popular frameworks (preferably FastAPI).

Experience Level: Generally 4+ years of professional software development experience.

Database Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Software Principles: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design patterns.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Proven experience leading software projects and mentoring team members.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Security:Understanding of security best practices for cloud applications.

Design, develop, and optimize highly scalable systems, leveraging cloud-native technologies and micro services architecture to build robust and resilient solutions.

Lead proof-of-concept projects and pilot implementations to showcase new ideas.

Strive for excellence by continuously seeking ways to enhance system reliability, performance, and security.

Contribute to design and code reviews, and assist in debugging and resolving issues.

Develop system components and take full responsibility for the timely delivery, quality of the work.

Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, support teams, and end users.

Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Tackle complex technical challenges, drive innovation, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Ability to collaborate with contractors.

Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
