Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with a strong focus on AI/ML systems and Python-based backend development. The role involves designing and building production‑grade, scalable applications that integrate Machine Learning models and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams in an agile environment to deliver secure, high‑performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate user stories and functional specifications into scalable, modular, and maintainable software solutions within an agile environment
- Design and develop production-grade AI/ML applications using Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI)
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, security, and platform teams to deliver secure and scalable architectures
- Partner with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate Machine Learning models and LLMs into enterprise systems
- Design, execute, and evaluate machine learning experiments, tests, and model validations
- Extend and customize ML libraries, frameworks, and internal tools to support advanced AI use cases
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and LLM technologies, proactively recommending system and workflow improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in coding standards, system design, and architecture
Requirements:
- 5–8 (up to 10) years of experience as a Data Engineer / AI Engineer / ML Engineer
- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in Django and FastAPI
- Solid understanding of software architecture, data structures, and data modeling
- Proven experience in AI/ML model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, and lifecycle management
- Experience integrating Machine Learning models and Large Language Models (LLMs) into scalable systems
- Ability to write robust, testable, and maintainable code
- Experience building secure, scalable, and high‑availability applications
Good To Have Skills:
- Knowledge of API design, microservices, and cloud‑native architectures
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with ML experimentation, observability, and performance monitoring tools
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical abilities
