Job Title: QA Program Manager – EIS Implementation
Location: Remote with periodic travel to Oklahoma City, OK
Duration: Contract
Position Overview
We are seeking a senior QA Program Manager to lead quality assurance strategy, governance, and test planning for a large-scale greenfield EIS implementation supporting the Private Market / Employee Benefits business.
This is a highly visible role working closely with business stakeholders, executive leadership, system integrators, product teams, and technical teams to define the overall QA operating model and ensure successful delivery across multiple insurance product lines.
The position is primarily remote, with periodic travel to Oklahoma City required for workshops, planning sessions, and key project meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise QA strategy for a greenfield EIS implementation.
Define the QA operating model, governance framework, quality gates, and overall test strategy.
Develop comprehensive test planning across SIT, UAT, regression, integration testing, and production readiness.
Establish a strong enterprise test automation strategy and identify automation opportunities across the program.
Partner with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and system integrators to drive QA planning and execution.
Lead QA planning workshops and testing strategy sessions.
Define reporting, governance, risk management, escalation, and defect management processes.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage across business, product, and technical workstreams.
Drive planning activities across multiple insurance product lines and integrated enterprise systems.
Present QA status, risks, recommendations, and delivery updates to executive leadership.
Manage QA timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and overall program readiness.
Required Experience
12+ years of Quality Assurance, Test Management, or QA Program Management experience.
Proven experience leading enterprise QA programs for large insurance platform implementations.
Strong background in Employee Benefits, Private Market Insurance, Group Benefits, Life & Health Insurance, or Supplemental Insurance products.
Experience working with large system integrators and enterprise insurance organizations.
Strong experience defining QA strategy, governance, test planning, quality gates, and risk-based testing approaches.
Experience leading testing across SIT, UAT, integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, and production readiness.
Strong understanding of automation strategy and how to identify automation opportunities across enterprise programs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Ability to operate at both a strategic program level and a hands-on QA planning level.

The ideal candidate is a senior QA leader with deep insurance domain experience and a proven ability to establish QA strategy, governance, automation direction, and enterprise testing best practices for a major platform implementation. This person should be comfortable partnering with executive stakeholders, business teams, system integrators, and technical delivery teams while driving structure, accountability, and quality across the program.
