Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Python, and PySpark. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable data solutions, ETL pipelines, and data governance initiatives in a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks
- Design and maintain data models, metadata, and data lineage processes
- Support data acquisition, ingestion, and transformation activities
- Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with enterprise standards
- Support QA, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities
- Manage code deployment and source control using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Provide post-production support and troubleshoot data-related issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams for successful project delivery
