🛠Required Technical Skills & Responsibilities
✅ Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using PySpark
✅ Develop and optimize data models and transformations in Snowflake
✅ Perform data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT)
✅ Write efficient and scalable SQL queries for analytics and reporting
✅ Ensure data quality, integrity, and reconciliation across pipelines
✅ Optimize Snowflake performance (clustering, warehouse sizing, cost optimization)
✅ Work with structured and semi-structured data (JSON, Parquet, CSV)
✅ Collaborate with data analysts, BI teams, and architects
✅ Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline failures and production issues
✅ Maintain documentation and adhere to data governance standards
🎯 Must‑Have Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Proficiency in PySpark
• Excellent SQL skills (joins, tuning, optimization)
• Experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schema)
• Experience with large-scale data processing
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix
• Experience with Git and Agile/SDLC processes
