Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to build and optimize our AWS data platform. You will develop scalable ETL pipelines, manage our Amazon Redshift warehouse, and implement CI/CD automation.
Required Skills (Must-Have)
GitHub & GitHub Actions: Proficient in CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
Python & PySpark: Strong coding skills for ETL and data processing.
Amazon Redshift: Deep experience with data warehousing, performance tuning, and DDL.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
AWS Services: Lambda, S3, Glue, Athena, RDS, DynamoDB
Data Integration: DMS, AppFlow
Monitoring: CloudWatch, Grafana
Orchestration: EventBridge, SNS
Key Responsibilities
Build PySpark ETL jobs using AWS Glue and Python.
Manage Redshift warehouse optimization and schema design.
Automate deployments with GitHub Actions.
Integrate data sources using DMS, AppFlow, and S3.
Monitor pipeline health with CloudWatch and Grafana.
Requirements
5+ years data engineering experience
Strong SQL and Python skills
AWS certification preferred
