The roleWe are seeking a Data Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role focuses on analysing data, developing and evaluating machine learning models, and supporting AI-driven solutions—particularly in document-centric and operational analytics use cases.
You will work closely with AI engineers, MLOps engineers, and stakeholders to turn data into insights and production-ready capabilities.
What you’ll do- Analyse structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Assist in developing, testing, and evaluating machine learning models to solve business and operational problems.
- Support data preparation tasks, including cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Contribute to predictive and descriptive analytics to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Help prepare reports, metrics, and visualisations to clearly communicate findings.
- Continuously learn and apply new data science techniques, tools, and best practices.
What we are looking for- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong fundamentals in Python (or R) for data analysis and modelling.
- Understanding of core machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
- Experience working with data using SQL and common data manipulation libraries.
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn; exposure to TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a strong learning mindset.
Location & work setupWe are headquartered in Singapore and operate a remote-first work model, offering flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration. We are registered in Bangalore and plan to open office in Visakhapatnam.
