Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Engineer located in Nagpur. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and architectures to facilitate efficient flow, storage, and analysis of data. Key tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, creating ETL processes, optimizing data systems, and ensuring data reliability and security. The role also involves troubleshooting and enhancing data infrastructure to support diverse business needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and working with database systems like SQL and NoSQL
- Strong experience with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
- Programming and scripting skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and their data solutions
- Ability to analyze data requirements, solve complex technical problems, and handle large-scale data sets
- Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus
