Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Engineer with strong experience in Digdag and Python to support and enhance our Treasure Data (CDP) platform. This role will focus on building, maintaining, and optimizing data workflows, ensuring reliable data ingestion, and supporting business-critical use cases.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Digdag workflows (DAGs) for data ingestion and processing
- Develop and optimize Python-based data pipelines
- Manage Treasure Data CDP workflows, audience creation, and data activation
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure data quality
- Collaborate with business and analytics teams for technical solutions
- Implement best practices for governance, error handling, and performance optimization
- Integrate data from multiple sources such as CRM and marketing platforms
Required Skill Set:
Experience Required
- 3+ years of experience in SQL, Python, Data Warehousing, and ETL/ELT development
- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and workflows Technical Skills
- Strong experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Digdag, or similar platforms
- Experience with Treasure Data / Treasure AI CDP or other Customer Data Platforms (preferred)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience working with APIs, batch processing, and streaming data ingestion
- Knowledge of modern data architectures, data lakes, and data transformation frameworks
- Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, Parquet, and Avro
- Understanding of data modeling, performance optimization, and data governance practices
- Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD practices
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field
- Relevant cloud or data engineering certifications will be an added advantage
