HIRING | DATA ENGINEER / ANALYTICS SCIENTIST – SAUDI ARABIA 🇸🇦
We are hiring a Senior Data Engineer / Analytics Scientist for a 1-year contractual engagement with a leading organization in Saudi Arabia.
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia

🔹 Role Overview
This is a hybrid Data Engineering + Data Science / Analytics role where you will own the complete data and experimentation lifecycle — from raw data extraction and pipeline development through test design, measurement, statistical analysis and business recommendations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain Python-based data pipelines for transaction-level data
• Extract, clean and structure large datasets
• Design test/control cohorts for marketing and behavioural experiments
• Develop segmentation logic, holdout groups and sample sizing
• Define and calculate KPIs and measurement frameworks
• Perform statistical analysis, including lift measurement, significance testing and incrementality
• Translate business requirements into testable hypotheses and analytical designs
• Ensure data quality and reproducibility across the complete lifecycle
• Present insights, findings and recommendations directly to stakeholders
🔹 Mandatory Skills
✅ 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Science or Analytics
✅ Strong hands-on Python – data pipelines + analysis
✅ Strong SQL
✅ Experience with A/B Testing / Test & Control / Experimentation frameworks
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work independently in a client-facing, on-site environment
✅ Experience handling large / transaction-level datasets
⭐ Good to Have
• Banking / Financial Services experience
• Payments analytics experience
• Marketing / Campaign Measurement
• Retail or QSR analytics experience
