Role: Data Engineer
Experience: 7+ years
Location: Chennai
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of experience.
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms (AWS preferred — Glue, S3, Redshift, Lambda; Snowflake, Azure, or GCP also valued).
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT frameworks, Spark, and building end-to-end data pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of generative AI tools and infrastructure (LLM data prep, vector databases, RAG systems, AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code).
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud) is a plus.
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders, navigate ambiguous data landscapes, and deliver scalable solutions rapidly.
Bonus Skills:
- Strong communication, ownership, and leadership skills.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading small projects end-to-end.
- Comfort making pragmatic decisions balancing speed and technical quality in dynamic environments.
