Join our Data Engineering team and help build the data foundation that powers business decisions! You'll work hands-on with a modern stack — Python ingestion pipelines, Airflow orchestration, and Snowflake/Databricks — moving data reliably and securely from source to decision-ready output.
💡 This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone early in their data engineering journey. You'll work under the guidance of senior engineers, master our tools and conventions, and build a rock-solid foundation in pipeline correctness. No need to own designs solo yet — just bring curiosity, reliability, and a hunger to grow fast.
What You Bring
- 🔹 0–3 years of professional software or data engineering experience
- 🔹 A self-learner with strong ability to gather, evaluate, and analyze requirements
- 🔹 Solid foundation in Python and deep understanding of SQL & ETL/ELT for complex data transformations
- 🔹 Comfort reading/writing unit tests and working within established codebases and conventions
- 🔹 Familiarity with (or eagerness to learn) Airflow / Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow
- 🔹 Basic understanding of data pipeline concepts — ingestion, idempotency, scheduling, data quality
- 🔹 Exposure to some of: Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, dbt, Tableau, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- 🔹 Familiarity with Git-based version control and PR-based code review workflows
- 🔹 Strong communicator — asks clarifying questions, writes clear PR descriptions, and escalates blockers with context
- 🔹 A growth mindset — takes feedback well, improves processes, and champions best practices
