What You'll Do
- Build, own, and maintain scalable data pipelines that power our platform, analytics, and business operations.
- Design ETL/ELT workflows for ingesting, transforming, and validating data from multiple sources.
- Develop robust backend data processes using Python and SQL.
- Model, optimize, and maintain data schemas across transactional and analytical systems.
- Support batch and near real-time processing pipelines for internal and customer-facing use cases.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
- Improve data quality, observability, and pipeline reliability across the stack.
- Manage orchestration workflows using tools such as Airflow or Celery.
- Contribute to cloud infrastructure, deployment workflows, and system scalability.
- Help shape the long-term architecture of our data platform as the company grows globally.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, backend engineering, or a closely related role.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Strong SQL expertise, including joins, aggregations, indexing, query tuning, and schema optimization.
- Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and managing large-scale data movement.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Celery, or equivalent.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases in production environments.
- Exposure to AWS services such as S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, or Redshift.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and modern deployment environments.
- Understanding of data warehouse concepts, analytics enablement, and reporting pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of ownership.

• 4+ years of work experience with Python
• 4+ years of work experience in Data Engineering
• Strong experience with SQL, ETL workflows, and databases
