About the Company
AJ TECHSOFT PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analytics Professional who can transform raw data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, hands-on experience with reporting tools, and the ability to support business decisions through data-driven strategies.
Position: Data Analytics Executive / Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple business sources
- Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and visual analytics for management reporting
- Identify business trends, patterns, and actionable insights through data analysis
- Work closely with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and KPIs
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Build interactive dashboards using Power BI / Tableau / Excel
- Use SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
- Assist management in strategic decision-making using analytical reports
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot reporting issues
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear manner

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:
- Advanced Excel
- SQL
- Power BI / Tableau
- Data Visualization
- Data Cleaning & Data Interpretation

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Python for data analysis
- Knowledge of statistics and business analytics concepts
- Experience with ETL processes is an added advantage
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and automation tools
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in:
- B.Tech / BE
- BCA / MCA
- B.Sc / M.Sc (IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
- MBA (Analytics) or related field
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics / Business Analytics / MIS
