- Lead efforts to optimize data workflows and improve system efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment of data strategies with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of data storage solutions and database management systems.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing data workflows for performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
