Hiring: Data Engineer and Analyst
Location: Mumbai
We’re looking for a seasoned Data & Analytics professional to design, build, and govern a modern enterprise analytics platform across a multi-cloud (Azure + GCP) environment. This role blends data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and advanced analytics along with team leadership.
What You’ll Do
• Design end-to-end data pipelines & analytics workflows
• Architect scalable, event-driven data platforms (Databricks, Spark)
• Lead multi-cloud analytics infrastructure (Azure, GCP, on-prem)
• Build orchestration frameworks (Airflow/Prefect/Dagster)
• Drive adoption of AI-powered analytics & autonomous agents
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business insights
• Mentor team members and enforce engineering best practices
What You Bring
• 5–7 years in Data Engineering / Analytics (2+ years in a lead role)
• Strong SQL, Python, PySpark & data modelling expertise
• Hands-on with Databricks, BigQuery, Kafka/streaming systems
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Agentic AI, LLM frameworks, and modern data stack tools
Bonus
• Experience with dbt, MLflow, open-source analytics tools
• Azure / GCP / Databricks certifications
