Lead Data Analyst
We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to support a DevOps-driven data environment by executing ETL pipelines, validating data, and translating business needs into technical solutions. This role combines hands-on analytics with project and stakeholder management to ensure data readiness, pipeline stability, and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor pre-built ETL pipelines; validate inputs/outputs
- Perform data diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity
- Lead technical project management and resolve pipeline failures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align data solutions with business goals
- Deliver clear analytical summaries, reports, and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize data processes
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of experience in data analysis with strong ETL exposure
- Advanced SQL skills; basic knowledge of PySpark preferred
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in pipeline optimization and large-scale data validation
- Ability to deliver executive-ready insights and reports
