Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR for a Data Center Implementation Manager. The role involves leading and managing data center implementation projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. The manager will oversee the installation and maintenance of data center infrastructure, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Additional responsibilities include developing project plans, allocating resources, identifying risks, troubleshooting installation issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data center infrastructure management, design, and implementation
- Project management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking technologies, and power management systems
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Experience in compliance and adherence to data center industry standards
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP, ITIL, or Data Center Professional certification, are a plus
- 8+ years of experience in data center implementation or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
