We are currently seeking a VP of Client Solutions.
This position is responsible for providing strategic client services leadership and growing client relationships across the Data Axle Enterprise organization. This position will plan, direct, and lead client operational activities and manage a team of client services professionals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Nurture, retain, and grow client revenue by stabilizing current revenue streams as well as applying consultative upselling and cross-selling strategies to achieve median to significant revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain key client strategic relationships that include marketing technology and marketing program management with a heavy emphasis on data, digital, analytics, strategy, and cross channel services.
- Develop and maintain expertise on assigned clients and their business.
- Accountability to meet or exceed growth budget and for the delivery of service to meet the clients' expectations.
- Experience in running a highly effective team of client services leaders. Need to be able to hire and mentor individuals with different experience levels.
- Build effective partnership relationships with key individuals including the decision-makers within the appropriate segments.
- Develop and maintain strategic account management plans to support client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Manage client profitability and be able to create business cases for investment on your clients.
- Responsible for the accurate development and update of the monthly forecast.
- Manage client expectations while working to create a feeling of mutual respect between the Company and the client.
- Must be able to handle difficult situations; make decisions, sometimes with incomplete information; and deliver unfavorable news in a professional, results-oriented manner.
- Responsible for the management of programs from start to finish, including obtaining cost estimates, preparing contracts, and developing procedures to assist in the organization of information (critical paths, status reports).
- Understand the clients' objectives for each program and be able to translate difficult and technical needs to the Client Service Specialist for the successful execution of the program.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of all Company products/services/systems in order to service and cultivate accounts.
- Take initiative to enhance knowledge of the relevant vertical market industry, in addition to maintaining an extensive knowledge of the Marketing industry in general.
- Travel 25 - 50% of time.
