Job details:
This position would be of standard Indian shift.
08:00 AM IST to 17:00 PM IST and usual working days would be Monday to Friday with standard off on Saturday & Sunday
- Accurately annotate the samples collected to train a device based on the standard operating procedure provided
- Understand procedures and guidelines for new annotation requirements
- Perform repetitive exercises based on the dynamic instructions without compromising on quality
- Use software tools for data capture and comply with the processes of the organization on a daily basis
- Be comfortable with capturing results, communicating and escalating failures and providing individual status reports and adhering to Productivity and Quality base lines.
- Own their individual targets against the expected delivery
Must Have: (Mandatory)
Good communication skills (Verbal & Non-verbal)
Basic understanding on MS office
Good to have: (Optional)
Analytical skills
Exposure in customer service industry / backend operations
Any graduation
