We are looking for a seasoned Data Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) and cloud-scale data engineering. Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, datasets, and dataflows that power operational and financial reporting at enterprise scale.

Required Experience
8–12 years in data engineering, analytics architecture, or BI development with at least 4+ years hands-on with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
CRMA Expertise
Proven track record designing CRMA dashboards, complex dataflows, computed datasets, and recipe-based transformations for enterprise reporting.
SAQL
Strong command of SAQL — including grouping, windowing, co-group, and query optimization patterns for large-volume datasets.
Cloud Data
Deep experience with Snowflake (architecture, performance tuning, clustering, zero-copy cloning) and SQL Server in enterprise-grade analytics environments.
ETL / ELT
Hands-on design and optimization of ETL/ELT frameworks including data modeling (star/snowflake schema, data vault), incremental loads, and orchestration patterns.
Azure Integration
Experience integrating Azure Blob Storage and Azure-based services into data pipelines alongside Snowflake and Salesforce ecosystems.
Collaboration
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver analytics solutions with measurable business impact.
