About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect specializing in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive data schemas, developing data ingestion pipelines, and collaborating directly with enterprise clients to meet their data integration needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and advanced data warehouse concepts, with a proven track record of working on large-scale data projects. Your expertise will help our clients achieve a unified customer view by architecting solutions that enable dynamic customer-level analysis across multiple data sources. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects with industry-leading organizations, utilizing your technical skills to solve complex data challenges.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in data transformation, ETL, and large data set management. A strong background in data modeling, with at least five years of experience in relational, dimensional, columnar, and Big Data architectures, is essential. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, along with a deep understanding of advanced data warehouse concepts, is required. Hands-on experience with industry-standard ETL tools such as Informatica and Unifi is necessary, as well as familiarity with reporting technologies like Tableau and PowerBI. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field is mandatory. Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, digital analytics, and programming languages such as Python, Java, or Bash scripting. Knowledge of Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, Redshift, Snowflake, Hive, and Pig will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable data schemas and ingestion pipelines tailored for Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring seamless integration across various data sources. Collaborate closely with enterprise clients to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. Lead customer project meetings, providing expert guidance and making strategic recommendations to optimize data architecture. Prepare detailed technical specifications and documentation for client review, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals. Work in tandem with internal and external software engineering teams, both onshore and offshore, to implement data solutions effectively. Leverage your understanding of data relationships and schemas to structure data that enables dynamic, customer-level analysis. Develop processes to create Customer ID mapping files, facilitating a comprehensive 360-degree view of the customer across multiple platforms. Automate data movement, cleansing, and processing activities using scripting languages to improve efficiency and accuracy. Manage project timelines, billings, and forecasts while continuously innovating to address emerging customer needs. Maintain a focus on quality, scalability, and security throughout all phases of data architecture development.
