Summary:
As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure necessary for the application. This role includes modeling the data architecture, planning how data will be stored efficiently, and ensuring seamless integration across various components. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data to support application functionality and performance, collaborating with different teams to align data strategies with project goals, and continuously refining data models to meet evolving needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Locks automation type & platform — RPA Agentic Macro Hybrid
- Authors / signs off SDD, PRD, MSD, HSD per type
- Sets NFRs, selectors, exception strategy, integration contracts
- Chairs Spec-Lock review sole authority on routing decisions
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies to support business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on best practices and architectural standards.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance data architecture and integration processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and database design principles.
- Experience with data storage solutions and integration frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into scalable architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services and distributed data systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automation Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
