🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and collaborative Data Annotation to support our surveillance-focused AI initiatives. You will be instrumental in labeling and annotating data for object detection, tracking, and behavior analysis, ensuring high-quality datasets that drive model performance and scalability.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
• Perform detailed data monitoring and labeling for video and image datasets, focusing on surveillance use cases such as object detection, tracking, and activity recognition.
• Ensure precision and consistency in monitoring, adhering to evolving project standards and quality benchmarks.
• Adapt monitoring workflows to meet changing project requirements and scale efficiently across multiple AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and QA to align monitoring strategies with model development goals.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain data integrity and monitoring accuracy.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of monitoring guidelines and tools to improve team productivity and output quality.
✅ Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or any related field (or equivalent experience).
• Freshers / Prior basic experience in data monitoring
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Roboflow, CVAT, Labelbox, VGG Image Annotator) and formats (e.g., COCO, YOLO, Pascal VOC).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large-scale datasets.
• Understanding object detection, tracking, and classification concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Experience with Python or scripting for monitoring automation.
• Exposure to machine learning workflows and model training pipelines.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems and real-time video analytics.
