About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical professionals to join our team as AI Trainers – Data Annotation. In this role, you will support the development of advanced AI systems by reviewing, labeling, and annotating diverse datasets to ensure high-quality training data for machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and annotate text, image, audio, or multimodal datasets
- Label and categorize data according to detailed project guidelines
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, and policy compliance
- Identify inconsistencies and maintain high annotation standards
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance
- Meet productivity and quality targets
Requirements
- Strong English communication and comprehension skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to follow complex guidelines precisely
- Comfortable working with diverse or sensitive content
- Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or data labeling (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- Access to a private workspace and reliable internet connection
