About the Company
We are looking for detail-oriented Data Annotators to support AI/ML model development through high-quality data labeling and validation. This role requires strong focus, consistency, and the ability to work with various annotation tools and datasets.
About the Role
This role involves annotating and labeling data to support AI/ML model development.
Responsibilities
- Annotate and label data (images, text, audio, or video) as per project guidelines
- Review and validate annotated data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Follow detailed instructions and adapt to evolving annotation guidelines
- Maintain quality benchmarks and meet daily/weekly targets
- Report issues, edge cases, or inconsistencies in data
- Collaborate with QA teams and project managers for feedback and improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or related field preferred)
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, web tools, dashboards, etc.)
- Comfortable learning and using new annotation tools/platforms
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work full-time (9 AM – 6 PM UAE time)
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in data annotation or AI/ML projects
- Familiarity with labeling tools (e.g., CVAT, Labelbox, Supervisely, etc.)
- Understanding of AI/ML basics or data workflows
- Experience working with structured guidelines or SOPs
